Payment Terms
The course fee must be paid in full, no later than 10 working days prior to the start of the course. We reserve the right to re-allocate the course place to another delegate if payment is not received on time.

Transferring Courses
If a delegate wishes to transfer a booking to a later course date within 10 working days of the original course, there will be an administrative charge of 25% of the course fee, if the delegate then cancels that transfer or fails to attend then the full course fee remains payable.
There will be no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace the original delegate, however we must be informed of the change prior to the commencement of the course.
Cancellation Terms
1. 15 – 11 days prior to commencement of Course – 10% of course fee
2. 10 days prior to commencement of Course – 50% of course fee
3. Less than 5 days prior to commencement of Course – Full amount of course fee
4. Courses are liable to cancellation if the number of persons registered falls below six (6) for theory courses and four (4) for hands-on courses.
In these circumstances delegates will be offered an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund.
