Course Objectives

To obtain a detailed understanding of the planning and maintenance of a Power Plant.

Course Description

This course has been designed to give a detailed understanding of the maintenance management requirements and processes associated with a modern industrial process or power plant. The course will examine the various approaches to maintenance and discuss in detail the objectives of outage planning as regards manpower, financial estimating and spares resourcing. An overview of the requirements of a maintenance management system will also be provided.

Who Should Attend

All personnel involved in the maintenance management and planning of a modern industrial plant would benefit from attending this course. This course has been scheduled together with our Gas Turbine Maintenance Management course such that students from a Power Plant attending both courses will gain the maximum benefit from both courses.

Pre-Requisites

All Attendees should have a sound power generation background.

At the end of this course you will be able to plan the maintenance of a Gas Turbine.
