Osborne Training Services conduct a wide variety of operations and maintenance courses. We can accommodate training for GE, Ruston, Avon and Solar machines. Our training centres are equipped with a variety of gas turbine components such that students can discuss the maintenance and inspection requirements of each part. We operate a range of simulators including MKV and MKVI Speedtronic, so we can tailor courses to suit individual customer requirements.

Our mechanical courses can be divided into two categories. The first category focuses on mechanical equipment maintenance including pumps,compressors, bearings, seals and gears. Our training centres provide a range of practical equipment to facilitate this type of training. The second category specialises in areas of mechanical maintenance and engineering. We can provide alignment training and vibration analysis courses.

We have invested in a range of Allen Bradley modules that can be used to provide training on the latest programming techniques and interface types including SCADA.
